The Resident Appreciation Giveaway is a special opportunity for eligible residents to receive one year (12 months) of free base rent at their community.
Maintenance
Our team inspects your apartment to ensure it is well-maintained. Additionally, we schedule the apartment to be professionally cleaned from the previous resident. Should something have been missed, we ask residents to immediately contact our office to resolve the issue.
Yes, we offer on-site maintenance to our residents.
No, you do not need to be present for our service technician to perform work. Our team will provide notification of being in your apartment.
Residents may either submit a service request at any time using their online portal or contact our office to create a service request on their behalf.
During office hours please contact the office if locked out of your apartment. After hours, please contact emergency maintenance. A lockout fee will be assessed.
Amenities
Our community is host to a wide range of amenities residents may enjoy such as, 24 Hour Fitness Center, Private Study Lounge, Laundry Facility, Newly Renovated Clubhouse, and Resident Lounge.
Yes, we offer free surface lot parking to our residents.
Yes, our community is pet friendly and provides pet cleanup stations throughout the property for resident use. We love to see our furry residents! We allow up to 2 pets per apartment with a maximum weight of 50 lbs per pet. Pet fees include a $350 one-time pet fee, plus monthly rent of $35. Please reach out to our office for breed restrictions.
Our community provides a complete appliance package, including: refrigerator, stove, microwave, garbage disposal, washer/dryer hookups.
No, our community does not offer furnished apartments at this time.

Our team strives to approve applications within 48-72 hours upon submission of a completed application.
We require 2.5x the monthly rental amount.
Yes, we require all residents to provide proof of renter's insurance upon move-in.
Our community supports Spectrum for our internet services.
Utilities are not included in the rental amount.
We can help set up utilities for each resident through a third-party service provider. Residents will receive a monthly bill for water and sewer through the resident portal. Electric and Internet services will be paid by the resident directly through the respective service provider websites.
Online (through our RentCafé App), money order, debit or credit card (in the office in person). The preferred method of payment is through RentCafé, which accepts both ACH or credit/debit card. We also accept check, credit/debit, or money order in the leasing office.
Yes, a resident may end their lease early if needed, but an early termination fee outlined in the lease agreement would be owed along with a 60-day intent to vacate notice.

Yes, our community is connected to the Transit Authority of River City (TARC) bus system.
Our community is located in the New Albany-Floyd County Consolidated School Corporation (NAFCCSC) district. Residents of our community attend Grant Line Elementary, Hazelwood Middle, and New Albany High School.
From I-264 East, take I-64W/I-265E to the Grant Line Road exit(Exit 3). Turn left onto Grant Line Road and proceed for 0.4 miles, then turn right onto Klerner Lane, directly across from Indiana University Southeast’s entrance. Our entrance is 0.2 miles down Klerner Lane on the right.
